  Securely package your items in their original boxes, ensuring that fragile goods like tiles or ceramics are adequately padded for transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
