Ultramarine Ashes

In Italian ‘oltramarino ’ means ‘from beyond the seas’. A light and graceful sea tone, this peaceful blue green has hints of grey, keeping this shade timeless and versatile. Pale grey greens sit well with this shade or try a deep teal for a more eye-catching look.

It’s not just beautiful colours that make our paint special. It’s also the fact it is formulated to perform superbly and have minimal impact on the environment. Each colour is made to a unique Fired Earth recipe. It’s also lovely paint to work with. Great coverage and high opacity mean it generally needs only two coats for a perfect finish.

Our Matt Emulsion is blended to produce a wipeable flat matt finish which is wonderfully soft to the touch. Our Eggshell has been specially formulated to resist moisture, staining and to dry to a soft velvet sheen. All our paints provide exceptional coverage, are practical, hardwearing, and virtually odourless. Fired Earth paint is formulated and manufactured with the environment in mind. We take care to choose the correct and safe materials and to be responsible in our actions. To this end we have successfully developed paints that cover exceptionally well, thereby requiring fewer coats than ordinary paints.
